Business owners: name, email, business details, and payment records (via Razorpay — we never store card details).
Customers: name, optional email (only if they choose to receive notifications). No phone numbers, no tracking cookies.
Owner data is used to operate your account and send transactional emails (verify email, password reset). Customer data is used to manage your queue. Email notifications to customers are only sent if they explicitly opt in.
Queue entries older than 90 days are automatically deleted. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings.
Razorpay for payment processing. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
